What if I need a lumper?

Our 24-hour live operations team will issue an EFS code, which your driver will be able to provide to the lumper service. We do not charge any fees to process EFS codes.

Before you text or call to request a lumper, please have the following information ready:

  1. Convoy shipment reference ID
  2. Name of the facility
  3. Name of the lumper company
  4. Amount of the lumper

If you have requested a lumper EFS code to be issued to you, please ensure you keep your lumper receipt and upload it along with your BOL. Failure to provide a lumper receipt may result in a deduction from your shipment payout.
