How do I request detention on a shipment?


If the load is eligible for detention, you can request detention through the app by following these steps:

  1. From the sidebar menu (the three lines in the lefthand corner), tap "Jobs & Tenders".
  2. Under "My Jobs", tap on the load for which you are accruing detention.
  3. Tap on the menu on the top right (• • •)
  4. Tap on "Report A Problem".
  5. Tap "Possible Detention".

You can also reach our live operations team at 425-214-1769, and enter extension 1 to request detention on a shipment.
