If the load is eligible for detention, you can request detention through the app by following these steps:
- From the sidebar menu (the three lines in the lefthand corner), tap "Jobs & Tenders".
- Under "My Jobs", tap on the load for which you are accruing detention.
- Tap on the menu on the top right (• • •)
- Tap on "Report A Problem".
- Tap "Possible Detention".
