Carriers can request payment status over the phone or email:
- Call 425-214-1769, x4 and then x1 to receive payment status
- Call 425-214-1769, x4 and then x2 to verify a rate
- Email email@example.com with your Convoy load ID
Before contacting the Convoy team regarding your payment status, please have the Convoy load ID available. The Convoy load ID will be on the first page of the rate confirmation sheet next to the carrier name. Convoy will always send an automated email with the expected payment date if a carrier does not earn Quick Pay on a load. These emails are sent after a BOL is approved.
To check on payments that have already been processed, you can log onto our Third Party Payment system, BOLD. You will need to visit www.gobold.com and log in as a recipient with your email address. If you forgot your password, simply click “forgot password” and you will be able to reset your login information.
Please note, if you are requesting payment status on your detention for a load, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive approval.
